Karla Knafel Sued Michael Jordan. The former NBA player had first filed a suit against Karla in 2002 on the grounds of attempted extortion of money from him. Michael claimed that he had paid Karla 250,000 to keep their relationship a secret, which the latter had breached and asked for more money.
The most depraved part about their relationship was that Jordan was already a married man by then to Juanita Vanoy and had three children: Jeffrey, Marcus, and Jasmine.

Knafel filed a lawsuit alleging Valenzuela touched her inappropriately and used language that made her feel uncomfortable. The lawsuit was settled last month with Valenzuela agreeing to pay $10,000, he said, on the advice of his lawyer to make the case go away.

Knafel took singing lessons in junior high but felt her abilities were a gift. “You’re born with the natural talent,” she said in the 1999 deposition. “Whether you can carry a note, whether you carry it well, whether your tonal qualities are pleasing to other people.”.
In 1993 , Knafel had her breast enhancement surgery in suburban Indianapolis, court records show. A year later, she visited the doctor, Pio Valenzuela, to have three moles removed from her right cheek. With one of Knafel’s younger sisters in the room, Valenzuela also examined Knafel’s breasts.
She alleges Jordan reaffirmed his commitment to pay her $5 million in September 1998 when she tracked him down at blackjack table at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
